Similarly, in the populate_sell_trend method, the strategy generates a sell signal when the following conditions are met:
RSI crosses above 70
TEMA is above the middle Bollinger Band
TEMA is falling
Volume is not zero
The strategy marks the buy and sell signals in the DataFrame by setting the 'buy' and 'sell' columns to 1, respectively.
